Welcome to Pandora's Guitar Box

'Sometimes you want to give up the guitar, you'll hate the guitar. But if you stick with it, you're gonna be rewarded.'
Jimi Hendrix.

I am a self taught electric guitar player, specialising in heavy metal, hard rock and blues. To me their is nothing I love more than rolling out those classic riffs and shredding my way through those epic guitar solos.
I, like many others, learnt every thing I know from online tutorials, video lessons and musicians forums. I have spent whole days sitting in front of my PC, with a guitar on my lap, learning all the stuff in need to sound just like my favourite guitar players.
After years of practising for hours on end my finger tips are callused and my mind is operative with hundreds of great riffs, runs and glorious guitar solos.

Along every guitar players journey they will come to those moments where they decide they want to learn a new technique, they practice this technique for hours and hours, but for some reason it just wont stick. They try lesson after lesson online, stick to them word for word, but still can not get it down, until one day in some obscure corner of the Internet or by the their own self discovery they will find that one subtle element of that technique that all the lessons missed, these elements can be so small, but be the thing that makes all the different, it really is like opening Pandora's box and all these guitar secrets come flooding out.

I am going to share some of these things with you, along with other guitar related tips to help you be the best you can possible be at your instrument.

Please feel free to comment on any of my posts and leave honest feed back.
